Integrity IT Solutions, based in Carlisle and Annan, has become BT’s latest accredited partner and the collaboration will enhance the products and services the company can provide to clients across Cumbria and the South of Scotland while also offering expert support to BT’s current customers across that area.
The partnership will mean Integrity IT Solutions will also play a key role in supporting organisations during the transition to new technology when BT switches to a fully digital network in 2025 as it plans to switch off the old analogue, public-switched telephone network.
The partnership will enhance the products provided by Integrity IT Solutions and expand the choice available to its clients by adding the BT Hosted Voice Over Internet Protocol (VOIP) and Cloud Voice Session Initiated Protocol (SIP) phone systems to its existing SIP telephony propositions. It will also give customers access to the wider BT product portfolio such as Complete Wi-Fi for Business, BT Business Smart Hub, Hybrid Connect and Managed Connectivity.
