Help Desk

As part of our computer support and maintenance service, Integrity Office provides a comprehensive telephone and remote support help desk to customers.  Our support personnel are able (with the customers permission) to take control of the customers computer and use it as if they were sitting with the customer.  This remote support technology removes the need for an engineer to visit the customer’s premises and as such is a quick and cost effective method of resolving customer IT issues.

Pegasus and Sage Software Support

Our dedicated team of Pegasus and Sage Consultants can provide you with informative help and advice when you need it most.  Our team has been trained to the highest level to ensure that you receive the best first line support possible.  Integrity Office offer Pegasus and Sage users a Software Support Contract which provides the following benefits:-

• Hotline telephone support between 09.00 and 17:00, Monday to Friday (excluding Public Holidays)
• Remote support
• Log support requests via telephone, email or fax
• Full call logging so we can provide you with a full call history
• A dedicated support environment so we can fully replicate your installation
• Telephone and remote support
• Notification of amendments and changes in legislation
• Technical assistance with upgrades and enhancements

Network Monitoring

Utilising the latest in network monitoring technology Integrity Office can remotely monitor your computer network, servers, firewalls, routers, website, e-mail and backups and are able to identify any potential issues and solve them before they have any effect on your business.
