Whether it's Multi-company, Multi-currency, Multi-warehouses or Multi-dimensional Nominal, Opera II provides all the functionality a progressive business requires. This includes eCommerce Web Trading, comprehensive security facilities, VAT 100 Reporting, Cash Management facilities, Budgeting, Price Lists, Discount Matrix, Real Time Updates, Nominal Consolidation and definable Management Reports. Opera II is also e-mail and Internet enabled, so statements, remittances, sales/purchase documents and reports can be E-mailed to customers, suppliers or employees.
Sophisticated and Flexible Analysis
The facilities within the Nominal Ledger can easily adapt to the analytical requirements of a business. Multiple dimensions make it easy to analyse key information, such as expenses or revenues, by Nominal Account, Cost Centre, Department or Project. Nominal Budgets can be specified at account level and at dimension level. The financial position is always available and can be analysed and interrogated using the highly configurable and user definable dynamic view screens.
Sophisticated Financial Reporting
Opera II provides extensive financial reporting facilities including an eXcel Reporting Layer (XRL). It is an intuitive addition to the capabilities of Microsoft Excel and provides powerful and adaptable access to the information held within Opera II. With its flexibility, ease of use and advanced drilldown capabilities, Opera II XRL delivers fast and accurate information to provide enhanced analytical power, which assists and simplifies even the most complex decision-making process. Purpose-built functions allow dynamic access to data from the Opera II modules to populate Excel worksheets. Alternatively, data can be populated into a data cube to allow multi dimensional analysis to be performed. Information such as Nominal Ledger budgets can be manipulated in Excel and can be automatically written back into Opera II to save time and effort.

Opera II Payroll

Payroll is available as a standalone module or combines with the other modules available for Opera II. The Payroll module also links to the Personnel and P11D modules available as part of the Opera II business and accounting solution from Pegasus.
